Anytime I have been down there, all people in that building are awesome, even the dog. I have gone down ordered parts to do it myself for years. And just today, I had my washer fixed by them. I was even running late from work and was told, "It's ok." To me, that's not bad service at all. That's excellent service.

Very happy with them and the repair man. They went above and beyond. Even told us on Thursday, "I will make sure that it's fixed," so we didn't have to go without a washer over the weekend. So keep up the great work guys.
